Prioritizing certain campaigns

Some campaigns are particularly important: a Trade campaign with a large supplier, a large stock of a product, etc.

For these priority campaigns, you want to make sure that the best customers are selected, and not excluded due to the application of the Fatigue Management rules.

👉 To prioritize a campaign, simply click on the star icon displayed next to the campaign name when creating it. The campaign then becomes a Star Campaign.

Notes:

  • You can always change your campaign priority later by changing the star icon:

    • in the editing page of your campaign,

    • in the campaign details window,

    • in the optimization window.

  • We recommend that you limit the use of this feature to "imperative" business needs in order to let, in most cases, the AI select the best audience based on customer appetency.

  • The prioritization of a campaign is necessarily done to the detriment of the other campaigns in your group. Also, we recommend that you do not put more than a few Star campaigns in each group (to be adjusted according to the total number of campaigns and the maximum pressure allowed).
