Indeed, we highly recommend that you take advantage of your store devices such as tablets, terminals, or digital showcases which may be available for your clients directly in your stores.

If a user starts the process directly from within one of your in-store devices (and therefore does not scan any QR code on their mobile), the URL used must be set with a registration-form type and an In-store device channel.

This combination (type+channel) is key

It will ensure that an email or an SMS is generated once the form has been filled in and most importantly, this will automatically reload the page. This forced page reload will ensure that any personal data entered into the device by the user (such as email, name, surname, and DOB...) will no longer be visible to people visiting the store.
