Creating automated notifications

Automated notifications are a powerful way to automate your animation strategy and reach out to your clients during key moments throughout the lifecycle. We distinguish two types of Automated notifications:

  • recurring (based on a recurring date)

  • and triggered (based on real-time events)

  • A notification can be recurring (based on an audience) or triggered (by a real-time event). In both cases you will be able to define your automated campaign based on the data available in Mobile Wallets, synced with your CRM or other system.
