In the Data section > Users, you will find all your users and passes data stored in the Splio Mobile Wallets Database as well as actions related to them.
Users can also be created through an Admin file import or an API call.

Listing and searching users
In the list of users, you can see the External ID, which is the key in your users' database and is used for data synchronization.
You can search with several filter criteria as shown in the image.
Export (and import)
The Export allows you to get a .csv file containing all the users displayed in the list. If you don't use the search bar before exporting, then the export will contain all the users. It is recommended to select only the columns needed before exporting.
The best way to use this feature is to select a specific group of users thanks to the audience.
Although it is rarely needed to import data into Splio Mobile Wallets through the admin. Sometimes, you may need to update data without going through a data connector or an API.
Looking at an individual user
If you click on the line of a specific user, you will access his/her profile with a Pass preview, as shown in the image.
The active marketing channels display if the user is flagged as opt-in to receive email, SMS and/or push notifications.
