The Tags management feature helps to increase your productivity by adding tags across multiple items you create in Splio Mobile Wallets: notifications, updates, and audiences. The tags will enable you to sort items in the audiences and campaign lists and find them quickly. This is especially useful if you are working with colleagues on the same project.


Creating and using tags

Go to Settings > Tags management, then create as many tags as you need. You can associate a color with each tag to recognize them easily. All tags must be created here before being used on item creation (see the first image).

Then, whenever you create a new notification, a new update, or a new audience, you can add one or multiple tags to it (see the second image)

Best practice

We advise you to decide in advance which tags you want to implement on which items, with the whole team using the platform. Having too many tags or duplicates can be counter-productive.
