Introduction

When you connect to Splio for the first time, your Project Manager will have already configured most settings. However, you can change some of them such as the deliverability settings and the 2FA by clicking the arrow next to Your name > Deliverability.

Configuring SPF and DKIM

Splio provides an automatic and a manual configuration for SPF and DKIM. If you wish to configure your email authentication settings manually using your own domain parameters, this is possible and the changes will be applied immediately.

Setting up a two-step authentication (2FA)

This method is optional but strongly recommended.

💡 As an administrator, you can enable this feature for your users by going to the user page: when editing a user, an option will be available to enable 2FA for the user. Your users can also setup the two-factor authentication from their profile edition page.

The 2FA identification consists of adding another security layer to the login process by entering a code sent to the associated mobile phone which can be saved on a device for 30 days. Each new device used by the user will be detected, and Splio will send a new verification code.
