Use the email and/or SMS capping feature
Capping is a feature that aims to limit the number of messages sent in a campaign. On Marketing Automation, it is possible to use capping on the following channels:
Email
SMS
To activate this feature, simply click on SMS capping
or Email capping
depending on the channel selected for your communication.

Sending Limits: Capping allows you to set a maximum number of sending per channel.
