

Use the email and/or SMS capping feature
Capping is a feature that aims to limit the number of messages sent in a campaign. On Marketing Automation, it is possible to use capping on the following channels:
Email
SMS
To activate this feature, simply click on SMS capping or Email capping depending on the channel selected for your communication.
To do this, click on the + icon to open the side panel. First, add your design or SMS, then in the same side panel, go to Action Settings and enable the Email capping option. Finally, enter the maximum number of emails or SMS messages you want to send.

Sending Limits: Capping allows you to set a maximum number of sending per channel.
Cost Management: By limiting the number of sending, you will be able to better manage your advertising expenses and maximize your return on investment (ROI).
