Choosing between a simple and a tiered program
When you create a Loyalty program, you have the choice between two program types:
The simple program allows you to grant only non-qualifying (NQ) points, which can be exchanged by members against rewards.
The tiered program allows you to grant qualifying (Q) points, which are used to rank members between the different tiers of the program. The tiers are used to give access to specific benefits and rewards to the most loyal members. This program type can also grant NQ points, even if it is not mandatory.
