Organizing my agenda tags and channels

When navigating through your Campaign Plan, colors and icons help you to quickly identify your campaigns and their distribution channel.

👉 Each campaign corresponds to a card whose color is defined by the tag you have applied to the campaign. If you have applied several tags to your campaign, the card will have the first tag's color.

👉 On each card, an icon allows you to identify the campaign's channel.

💡 Tips

  • You can filter your campaign plan by tag. To find out more about how to navigate through your campaign plan and filter your agenda, you can check out this guide.

  • The color of the card lets you know the status of the campaign :

    • if the campaign has a colored background, it has been exported,

    • if the campaign only has a colored border, it is a draft.

Assigning a tag and a channel to a campaign

Applying a tag or a channel is done when you first create your campaign.

👉 Select your channel In the Channel field. You can only define one channel per campaign.

👉 From the Tags drop-down list, you can select the tag(s) that will enable you to easily identify your campaign in your agenda.

The collection of tags is managed from the platform's Settings menu, also accessible by clicking on the Edit Tags button at the end of the drop-down list.

Managing my tag collection

Tags let you easily manage your campaign plan.

  • Identify the different types of campaigns in your calendar at a glance.

  • Filter your campaign plan view and insights according to these tags.

👉 Your tag collection can be managed from the Settings > Tag Management menu.

The interface allows you to manage your tags:

  • Creating a new tag

  • Editing your tags to change the title and/or color by clicking on the 🖌️ icon.

  • Deleting a tag via the 🗑️ icon.

Adding a tag to my collection

You can add a tag to your collection by clicking on the Create Tag button.

You'll then define the name and color that will help you find your way around your campaign calendar at a glance.

💡 You can also create tags directly from the campaign creation interface.

👌 Some recommendations for your new tags:

  • It is essential to think long-term when choosing your tags. They'll help you manage your marketing actions: you will be able to filter these campaigns and pull stats from them.

  • We recommend choosing tags as macro as possible (such as by sector, rather than by product or shelf).
