Optimize the use of your content
Now you can keep a history of designs sent, especially in automated campaigns. This feature allows you to keep and view previous versions of your designs, making it easier to analyze your campaigns over time.
For example, if you notice differences in performance for your recurring anniversary campaign during your annual review, you have the option to check the different versions of email designs sent.
Editing campaign content
It is now possible to modify the content of a used design without impacting the current campaign.
Using an activated design in multiple campaigns
An activated design can be used across multiple campaigns to make the most of your creative assets.
Managing design versions
When a design is modified, it is no longer necessary to duplicate it. A single design can now take into account the different versions. All versions are grouped into a master design, making it easier to manage and update of your content. By activating a new version, the previous design will be deactivated and automatically replaced in the campaigns where it is used.
However, you retain the functionality to duplicate a design if necessary. For example, to reuse the structure of a design previously used for another campaign.

Three statuses are available on the platform:
Draft
= the design is being created, it cannot be used within a campaign.Activated
= the design is available to be activated in one or more of your campaigns.Disabled
= a new version has been activated making this disabled version unavailable.
