You can now create a One-shot relaunch campaign (Email, SMS or RCS) directly from an existing One-shot campaign, provided that it is at least scheduled or sent .

What this changes in practical terms:

• Launch a relaunch from an existing campaign, and create multiple follow-ups if needed.

• Follow-ups appear in the Calendar , just like any other campaign.

• The follow-up is a separate campaign , with a link to the original (visible in the “About” tab), which allows you to read the results accurately.

Ready-made audiences

Depending on the channel, you can automatically target, for example: Delivered , Non-opens , Opened not clicked , Unique clicks , Buyers / Non-buyers , etc.
