Managing marketing pressure

Managing marketing or sales pressure is one of the major challenges for marketers.

With this tool, you can manage the frequency of communications sent to your contacts, helping to decrease unsubscribe rates and, most importantly, maintain your brand's reputation.

You will be able to determine the overall pressure for each contact:

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly (slippery)

  • By channel (email and/or SMS)

The prioritization rule is as follows:

  • First come, first served! Communications sent earliest in the day will be prioritized for a contact who needs to receive two or more messages.

  • TIP: If you want to prioritize a campaign, schedule it early in the morning.

To set up these rules:

👉 Go to your interface settings. In the upper right corner, click on the name of your universe to display the drop-down menu, where you can select “Marketing Pressure”.
