Using Audiences exports
In Custom Audience Filter
, you have the possibility to export your audience to other tools and repositories.
To access the export pop-up, go into the Audiences list in Custom Audience Filter, then click on the last icon on the right, as shown in the image.
Exporting your audiences can be useful for two main use cases:
using the audience in another marketing or advertising tool, to enable retargeting campaigns.
using the audience in a Business Intelligence tool to go deeper into the analysis of your customers
Scheduling recurring exports
If your need for export is recurrent, and you want to receive the same file once a week or once a month, you can also plan a scheduled export at a chosen frequency, as shown in the image attached.
Export content and destinations
When your export is launched, a CSV file is sent to the destination(s) you chose for the export. The CSV file contains:
for each user, the unique user ID you provided us
and any other field included for the users. The fields included in your all your audience exports need to be defined during setup.
Here are a few examples of destinations available for the audience exports:
Google Cloud Storage and SFTP server for having your audience available on your storage repository.
Meta, Google Ads, Criteo, and Google Display & Video 360 for launching personalized advertising campaigns on all these channels
Splio: This will export your audience as a group to Marketing Automation
