We want to make your life easier when creating your triggered campaigns. Based on our studies and market knowledge, we would like to propose a better starting point when using Campaigns. So, we have now added four templates for your to choose from:

Welcome prospect
Welcome customer
Abandoned cart
Post-purchase (with several languages)

Depending on the template you have chosen, you will have some pre-defined entry conditions, delays, actions, and conditions. You can also use the option "from scratch" if none of the templates meet your needs.
