Discover the new attributes of Custom Audience Filter!

IMPROVEMENT

Custom Audience Filter allows you to easily create audiences based on a wide range of attributes (client attributes, purchase history, marketing reactions).

New attributes that can be used to include or exclude certain individuals and build an audience are now available!

  • To create an audience use Email Opens which has been added to the Marketing Reactions category.

  • Use pre-computed attributes in an audience with the dozen of augmented customer knowledge indicators that are now available in the Pre-computed Segments category: RFM segmentation, first date and last date of each event (purchase, email click…), used point of sale, etc.

  • Add predictive metrics to an audience with 2 predictive attributes that have been added to the newPredictive metrics category.

    • Propensity to buy: the probability, in percentage, that an individual will buy a product in the coming weeks.

    • Customer Life Time value: the estimated total revenue of purchases an individual is expected to spend in the next 12 months.

    • 🔜 The integration of a third predictive metric allowing the anticipation of client churn is under study!
