Create a Trigger campaign in Campaigns

Trigger campaigns are automated, personalized campaigns triggered by specific events linked to your contacts' behavior. These events reflect a direct interaction with your brand, such as :

  • An abandoned cart

  • A purchase

  • A list subscription

The event is detected the moment Splio receives the information, then executed after the waiting time you set in the trigger.

.

📡 Trigger times depending on data source
  • Via API: almost immediate triggering (+5 minutes maximum)

  • Via DataHub: trigger on D+1

.
