Changes in Message Builder - Sep. 2023

IMPROVEMENT

In July, we communicated about some upcoming changes in Message Builder in September.

As a reminder, those changes are happening to allow a better overall user experience in the interface, therefore, they are mainly U.I changes and should not affect your work. Be sure to read what the changes are if you are a user of the tool.

1. The Text content will be removed and replaced by the three following types of content:

• Title

• Paragraph

• List

2. The edition menus will look slightly different and the main changes are:

• Optimization of Features for ease of navigation

• Reduction of "More Options"

• Introduction of Hierarchy and Headings

• Organization and Grouping of Features
