What is RCS ?
RCS, or Rich Communication Services, is an evolution of traditional SMS . It allows you to send messages enriched with images, videos, files and much more... for a much more interactive experience. Its conversion rate is 3 times higher than the SMS channel!

Meaningful Engagement : RCS messages are interactive and visually appealing, increasing engagement and conversion rates through product carousels, explainer videos, and embedded CTAs.
Certified Messages : Certified RCS messages build customer trust by protecting against phishing.
Reach : No additional consent is required to use RCS if customers have already agreed to receive SMS, they are automatically eligible for RCS messages.
Very wide audience : Compatibility with most recent Android mobiles and the new version of iOS 18.1 on SFR, as well as the support provided by other operators, ensures wide coverage. In France and Spain, more than 79% of the population uses Android. Don't worry, if a smartphone is not compatible with RCS, an SMS will be sent instead.
